The Sunco Offset Rotary Valve
is designed to handle certain types of materials that would otherwise suffer
damage when handled with a typical rotary valve.
Materials such as plastic pellets, nylon,
polyethylene and others can break apart and the resulting “stringers” can
cause a standard rotary valve to jam. This can cause material loss
as well as significant downtime and increased maintenance requirements.
To address these problems, Sunco introduces
its offset rotary valve. The unique design of the offset rotary valve
allows the material to be fed into the rotor during its upward cycle.
In addition, a special beak above the rotor distributes the material across
the entire width of the rotor. The result is a consistent feed without
harm to your material or equipment.
